Guests of Surfvilla facility are required to show identification before check-in and sign the registration card. In case of refusal, room keys will not be issued and the deposit will not be refunded.
The room is rented by days. Hotel day lasts from 3:00 PM on the day of rental until 10:00 AM the following day.
The wish to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival should be reported by the guest by 10:00 AM on the day when the room rental period expires. The facility will accommodate the wish to extend the stay as far as possible.
Extending the stay in the cottage beyond 10:00 AM is treated as an extension of stay.
On the day of arrival, guests are required to check whether there is no damage or missing equipment in the room. All deficiencies must be reported on the day the stay begins. For any unreported equipment deficiencies, guests will be charged financially.
On the day of departure, guests are required to arrange for room inspection. Before inspection, guests are required to wash dishes, remove bedding and dispose of garbage.
The guest may not transfer the room to other persons, even if the period for which he paid has not expired.
Unregistered persons may stay on the facility premises between 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM. Staying of an unregistered person in the guest's cottage after 10:00 PM is equivalent to the tenant's consent to paid accommodation of a person in the guest's cottage, in the amount of 50 PLN per person, but may not exceed the number of beds in the given room.
The facility provides services according to its category and standard. In case of objections regarding the quality of services, the guest is asked to report them immediately, which will enable the facility staff to react.
The facility is not responsible for the loss or damage of money, securities, valuables, other things and valuable objects or objects of scientific or artistic value.
The facility requires quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM the following day.
During night quiet hours, guests and persons using the facility's services are required to behave in such a way that it does not disturb the peace of other guests' stay in any way.
The facility guest bears full material responsibility for all kinds of damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices of the facility caused by his fault or visiting guests.
In case of violation of the provisions of these regulations, the facility may refuse to continue providing services to the person who violated them. Such person is obliged to immediately comply with the demands of the facility staff, settle obligations for previous services and pay for any damage and destruction caused and leave the facility premises.
The facility may refuse to accept a guest who during a previous stay grossly violated the facility's regulations, causing damage on behalf of the facility or guests, or damage to guests, facility staff or other persons staying at the facility, or otherwise disturbed the peace.
Due to fire safety, it is forbidden to use heaters, irons and other electrical devices in the cottages that are not part of the cottage equipment. The above does not apply to chargers and power supplies for RTV and computer equipment.
Every time leaving the cottage, the guest should check that the door is closed and make sure it is locked.
Personal items left in the cottage by the departing guest will be sent at his expense to the address indicated by him. If such instruction is not received, the facility will store these items for 3 months, and then transfer them for charitable purposes or for public use.
Dog owners are required to clean up after their animals.
The facility reserves the right to demand payment 'in advance'. In case of refusal, the facility staff has the right to refuse to issue the room key.
In case of shortening the stay, the facility does not refund money.
To make a reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the stay price to the account. The date of receipt of the deposit to the account counts, not the date of sending. Making a payment means accepting the regulations of the 'Surfvilla' facility.
Lighting grills is only possible in places designated by the facility staff with particular caution and fire safety regulations.
The facility owner bears no legal or material responsibility for damage or theft of cars left on the facility premises.
